Our innovative double-fermented cacao process creates a dark chocolate with a beautiful and natural flavour profile.
“Bar Seven” is a breakthrough dark chocolate for us, crafted using our innovative double-fermentation method, where organic fresh fruit is fermented with the cacao nibs for seven days before being stone-ground into the chocolate.
In developing this process we are able to infuse the chocolate with a wonderfully deep and rich flavour, with a naturally integrated profile.
Bar Seven redefines our chocolate-making, and showcases our commitment to pushing the boundaries of traditional methods. It is one of the finest dark chocolates we’ve ever created.
