We source a single origin criollo cacao for this chocolate from good relationships with suppliers in Madagascar, Venezuela and Peru. The beautiful and floral olive oil is extra virgin, cold pressed and estate bottled from Spain. While the stunningly pure Welsh sea-salt comes from Anglesey.
