We source both criollo and forastero cacao for this chocolate from good relationships with suppliers in Madagascar, Columbia and Peru. We make the maple sugar in-house from the finest grade Canadian maple syrup, and source some of the world’s best hazelnuts and almonds.

The Story of this Bar
Magical chocolate. Made with simplicity and creativity.
This is a modern hazelnut oat-milk chocolate bar that balances simple and natural ingredients. We wanted to create an enjoyable classic chocolate indulgence without any of the modern additives or needless complexity. To achieve this a lot of creative craft goes into this bar.
We toast the almond nibs and gently coat them in Welsh sea-salt, adding them for a crunchy counterpoint to the chocolate, which is a smooth hazelnut butter.
For this bar we even replaced dairy with oat-milk, to retain the creamy texture without the heaviness, and added into the chocolate our in-house made maple sugar for a subtle caramel note.
Our focus was on creating an enjoyable chocolate experience, similar to the classic chocolates we grew up with, without compromising on the quality of the ingredients. We hope you think our smooth and nutty chocolate meets these goals.
