We ethically and sustainably source both the cacao and coffee beans for this chocolate from good relationships with suppliers in Peru. We use a specific ratio of forastero and criollo cacao for this bar and rich flavoured arabica coffee beans. The olive oil is a fantastic high quality estate bottled oil from Spain and the oats are from Scotland.

Introducing our Caffe Macchiato chocolate bar, which has been crafted with Scottish oats, Madagascan vanilla beans and coffee beans grown in the volcanic soils of Peru.
This joyfully rich chocolate bar embodies a delicate balance, where the creativity of our craft is found in making sure that no one flavour profile of the natural ingredients over-powers the others.
To do this we use our innovative “Absolute” method to extract all of the rich flavours from the delicately roasted coffee beans and the vanilla seeds.
Using this method, and our in-house specially configured processes, it creates a creamy coffee chocolate that captures the true essence of a stunning oat-milk Caffe Macchiato – crafting a chocolate which is really enjoyable to eat.
